To promote the growth and development of knowledge in and usage of Grid Computing and any related subject;
To foster close links with other associations and organisations associated with the Society;
To arrange to be written or made, and to print, publish, issue, exhibit and circulate freely or otherwise, reports, periodicals, pamphlets, photographs, books, films, or any materials as may be though desirable in connection with the objects of the Society;
To raise funds and to obtain assistance through patronship, donations, sponsorship or otherwise for the attainment of any or all the objectives of the Society to the intent that the funds of the Society, however derived or obtained, shall be applied solely towards the costs and expenses incurred in the attainment of any or all the objects of the Society; and
To do all such other things incidental or conclusive to the attainment of any one or more of the above objects.
